I don't understand 3 murder charges when only 1 person died. I feel like he should have been guilty of 1, but I don't think it was intentional. I think he was trying to handle a difficult prisoner, and got caught up in the crowd by abuse of power. He wanted to show he was in control, not them, but when he refused to let the medics check on him he went to a whole new level of abuse. He should have been removed from the force years ago before his ego got this big, so to speak. I think it should have been accidental murder, abuse of power, and denial of medical attention.
