You can make a few types of presentations and then save them in a Microsoft open document or a PDF format and then share those.
I'm playing around with it and it looks like something some of our members could use to help spread information and articles.

I am hoping we can start using this folder as a repository for our many types of information all of us are collecting for this group and trying to make some sense of.
Try to use a descriptive name with the date on the end to help the understanding for the different subjects. Make sub-folders below the main topic areas as needed.

**** you can import and export calendars to many different platforms...

Import .ics or .vcs file.
In Outlook, choose File, choose Open & Export, and then choose Import/Export.
In Import and Export Wizard box, choose Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs), and then choose Next.
Choose the extracted file from your PC and choose OK.
Choose Import. The items are automatically imported into your calendar.
