My best guess is this is to help him push the mandate, because now someone is taking responsibility, but the tax payers will have to fork the costs instead of the people who made this crap. But military etc will have a harder time fighting the shot. If people start dieing in massive #s we that didn't take the shot are screwed, but the need more people taking another shot so another wave will come to blame unvaccinated. I read in a report people in England are immuno compromised like AIDS from the vaccine. Scary
